🎯 Link Handling Behavior

Choose how external links should be handled. You can disable automatic redirection or configure specific modifier keys to trigger OpenIn.

Disabled - Only manual context menu and toolbar

Automatic - All external links open in OpenIn

Modifier Keys - Only when specific keys are held

Select which key combination should trigger OpenIn:

⌘ Cmd (Command key)

⇧ Shift (Shift key)

⌥ Option/Alt (Option/Alt key)

⌃ Ctrl (Control key)

Example: Select ⌘ Cmd + ⇧ Shift to trigger OpenIn with Cmd+Shift+Click

🌐 Domain Matching

Configure how domains are compared to determine if a link is "external" and should be redirected to OpenIn.

Exact Domain - google.com ≠ www.google.com

Base Domain (Recommended) - google.com = www.google.com = accounts.google.com

Subdomain Only - www.google.com = accounts.google.com (but not google.com)

⚙️ Additional Options

Respect target="_blank" links - Never redirect links meant to open in new tabs

Note: Only HTTP and HTTPS links are intercepted. Special URLs (mailto:, tel:, javascript:, etc.) are automatically ignored.
